MASKS OPTIONAL BEGINNING MONDAY, NOVEMBER 1, 2021 Beginning Monday, November 1, 2021, masks will be optional for all Lake Hamilton School District students, staff, and visitors. On Monday, October 18, 2021, the Lake Hamilton School District Board of Education revised the mask policy during their regularly scheduled meeting. As stated in the revised policy (https://lhsd.info/Revised-Mask-Policy-10-18-21), the mask mandate at Lake Hamilton would expire when a test-to-stay protocol is fully implemented. The test to stay protocol allows students who are exposed to Covid-infected individuals while at school to remain in school as long as they meet the test-to-stay protocol requirements set forth by the Arkansas Department of Health. The Lake Hamilton School District has been approved as a pilot site for the test-to-stay program by the Arkansas Department of Health and the Arkansas Department of Education. The Lake Hamilton School District will implement the test-to-stay protocol beginning Monday, November 1, 2021. The Lake Hamilton School District will continue providing masks for students upon request. Click the following links to learn more about the test-to-stay protocol and quarantine procedures: https://lhsd.info/Masks-Optional-Info Parents and guardians that would like to explore a virtual learning option for their students should contact their school principal. #LHWolfNation
