FREE BREAKFAST FOR STUDENTS The Lake Hamilton School District is proud to announce that all students will have the opportunity to eat 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁 at school during the 2022-23 school year at no charge. The LHSD will participate in the Universal Breakfast Program for the upcoming school year that allows all students to receive a nutritious breakfast each morning at no cost to our parents, regardless of household income. Once the District received official word that the National School Lunch Program waiver that provided free meals to our students due to the COVID-19 pandemic was not being extended for the 2022-23 school year, we quickly began researching options to assist our families and students. The Universal Breakfast Program is only being offered for the 2022-23 school year at this time to assist our families during the transition of going from free meals due to the pandemic, to paying for school meals.
