Lake Hamilton School District

The soft lockdown has been lifted following a thorough investigation by the LHSD security team and law enforcement. All has been cleared, and school activities will now resume as normal. As always, the safety and security of our students and staff members are our first priority. We encourage our students and staff to remain vigilant and report any concerns they may have. Remember, if you see something, say something. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we maintain our commitment to high safety standards at Lake Hamilton.

Out of an abundance of caution, the LHSD has implemented a soft lockdown procedure. All classroom doors are locked, blinds closed, and students are to remain with their teachers until further notice. We will share more information once the lockdown has been lifted.

Reminder: Friday, April 19 is a regular school day for Lake Hamilton students and staff. The LHSD Board of Education revised the original school calendar in September to accomodate the need to close school for the eclipse.
