LHMS | TYPES OF GOVERNMENT Lake Hamilton Middle School students in Theresa House's social studies classes are learning about different types of government. Today, students were broken into groups, with each group representing a different type of government: democracy, monarchy, dictatorship, theocracy, and anarchy. While following directions dependent on the type of government, students worked to build a tower. #LHWolfNation

LHHS | STEP FIELD TRIP Lake Hamilton High School STEP (Students Transitioning To Employment Program) students recently enjoyed visiting the Arkansas Career Development Center. During their visit, students had the opportunity to experience hands on activities in carpentry, welding, and culinary classes. #LHWolfNation

LHMS | STUDENT COUNCIL Congratulations to the 6th and 7th grade students that have been selected to serve on the student council for the 2021-22 school year. All students at the middle school had the opportunity to run for the council by completing an essay explaining why they wanted to be on the council and collecting signatures from teachers, counselors, and principals. LHHS | CROSS COUNTRY The Lake Hamilton High School cross country teams traveled to Conway last weekend to compete in the Wampus Cat Invitational. Congratulations to the teams on the following finishes: Senior Girls: 1st Place. Senior Boys: 1st Place. Junior Girls: 4th Place. Junior Boys: 6th Place.
