The Arkansas High School Coaches Association recently announced that Jerry Clay will be inducted into the Hall of Fame on July 15 at 6:00 p.m. during the 2022 Hall of Fame Banquet. The banquet will take place in Horner Hall inside the Hot Springs Convention Center. Tickets are $40 and can be purchased by emailing nicole@ahsaa.org. Clay retired in 2015 after 28 seasons with the Wolves. He arrived at Lake Hamilton in 1988 after coaching seven seasons a Fountain Lake. Before that, Clay was the coach at the former Central Junior High in the Hot Springs School District. His teams won the Arkansas State Football Championships in 1992 and 2008.
