The Arkansas Department of Health and Arkansas Department of Education has issued updated guidance for quarantine and isolation. The Lake Hamilton School District will no longer require probable close contacts to quarantine or contact trace unless they are symptomatic. Isolation is still required for those that test positive for COVID-19. Click hereto view the updated guidance.
If your child says they do not feel well, please take a moment to check their temperature and evaluate for any signs or symptoms of sickness before sending them to school. If your child has been running a fever, he/she should not return to school unless they are fever-free for 24 hours without fever-reducing medications.
