Commencement Ceremony
When: Friday, May 20, 2022, at 7:22 p.m.
Where: Bank OZK Arena (398 Convention Blvd, Hot Springs, AR)
Bank OZK Arena has a clear bag policy. Each person is only allowed one clear bag. Click HERE for the complete security policy for Bank OZK Arena.
- All seniors must attend commencement practice on Friday, May 20, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. in Bank OZK Arena in order to participate in the commencement ceremony that evening. Practice is closed to family and guests. Only school staff, participating students, and Bank OZK Arena staff are permitted inside the facility during practice.
- Doors open at 6:15 p.m.
- Students must arrive in Hall E by 6:45 p.m.
- The commencement ceremony will begin at 7:22 p.m. to honor the Class of 2022
- No tickets are required for the commencement ceremony. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Seat saving will not be permitted.
- During the ceremony, students will not receive their actual diplomas. Following the ceremony, the high school counselors will be distributing actual student diplomas from the Bank OZK Arena ticket booth.

Senior Spotlight Submissions
The LHSD will be spotlighting 4 to 8 members of the class of 2022 each day on social media (Facebook & Instagram). Seniors are asked to submit information HERE to be featured. The senior spotlight submissions will also be used for the slideshow that will play prior to the graduation ceremony.
Senior Breakfast, Senior Walk, & Letters of Gratitude
All LHHS seniors are invited to participate in the annual breakfast, walk, and letters of gratitude presentations that will take place on Thursday, May 19. This is an optional activity for each senior. Students must submit a letter of gratitude on or before Friday, May 6, in order to participate in the breakfast and senior walk.
