The Lake Hamilton School District would like to inform families and community members that the Hot Springs Police Department, in partnership with several local public safety agencies, will conduct an Active Attack Incident Response (AAIR) training exercise on the Lake Hamilton High School campus Monday, July 13, through Wednesday, July 15, 2026.
This important training will bring together personnel from law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical services to strengthen coordinated emergency response capabilities and enhance preparedness for critical incidents.
During the three-day training exercise, community members may notice an increased presence of emergency vehicles, first responders, and public safety personnel on and around district property. These activities are planned training exercises only and are part of a coordinated effort to improve communication, collaboration, and response procedures among local emergency agencies.
