The Lake Hamilton School District is preparing for upcoming free athletic physicals for students entering grades 6–12 for the 2026–2027 school year, and all bus drivers. These physicals are required for students planning to participate in athletics and will be conducted on campus for convenience.
📅 Physical Dates & Locations
Junior High: May 11 – Gym and Weight Room
High School: May 12 – Wolf Arena Concourse
Middle School: May 13 – Gym and Cafeteria Lobby
Important Information for Families
Physicals will be performed on campus.
Parents do not need to attend.
Students must complete a medical history form prior to the physical. Forms will be sent home with students in the coming days.
Families are encouraged to complete forms neatly and return them unfolded so they can be processed efficiently.
Bus Driver Physicals
Teachers who are also bus drivers should complete their physical on the day their building is scheduled.
Bus drivers who are not classroom teachers should complete their physical on the High School physical day (May 12).
