Since dance was officially recognized as a sport by the Arkansas Activities Association, this season marks a historic milestoneโthe first time a Lake Hamilton High School dance team has brought home a state trophy, earning 2025 5A State Runner-Up in Game Day Dance.
The Steppinโ Wolves competed at the Arkansas State Dance Team Championships in Alma and finished less than one point (0.97) behind the state champion, Greenwoodโan incredible accomplishment and a testament to their hard work and precision.
We are extremely proud of these talented dancers and their coach, Tara West, for their dedication, teamwork, and excellence both on and off the floor. ๐
