holly sadowski

The Lake Hamilton School District is proud to announce Holly Sadowski as the 2025 Employee of the Year. Superintendent Shawn Higginbotham surprised Sadowski with the recognition during a special visit to the elementary campus this morning.

Sadowski serves as the districtโ€™s K-5 Social Worker, a role in which she goes far beyond expectations to support students, families, and staff. Whether itโ€™s delivering food boxes, arranging transportation, assisting with medical needs, or making home visits, she works tirelessly to ensure that the basic needs of our school community are met with dignity and compassion.

Known for her signature greetingโ€”โ€œHey, whatcha need? Need help? What can I do?โ€โ€”Holly never hesitates to step in and provide assistance, no matter the challenge. She is described by colleagues as deeply trusted, highly resourceful, and fully committed to the well-being of every child and family she serves.

A graduate of Lake Hamilton herself, Sadowski remains deeply involved in the community, actively supporting school programs and volunteering her time whenever needed. Her dedication has had a lasting impact on the districtโ€™s climate and culture, helping create a school environment that is caring, inclusive, and responsive.

Superintendent Higginbotham praised her contributions, stating, โ€œHolly's work represents the very best of who we are, and we are incredibly proud to honor her in this way.โ€

Please join us in congratulating Holly Sadowski on being named the 2025 Lake Hamilton School District Employee of the Year.
