The Lake Hamilton School District Board of Education approved the hiring of Frankie Glover as the new Kโ€“5th grade director of instruction during the board meeting held on Monday, April 21, 2025. Glover will begin her new role at the start of the 2025-26 school year.

Glover brings a strong record of academic leadership and instructional impact to Lake Hamilton. She currently serves as principal of Westside Elementary in the Cabot School District, a Title I school nationally recognized as a 2023 National Blue Ribbon School for Exemplary High Performance. Under her leadership, the school has earned numerous distinctions, including multiple Statewide High Growth Awards and Beating the Odds Awards from the Office of Education Policy for top-tier ACT Aspire growth in overall achievement, English Language Arts, and Math.

With previous experience as assistant principal at Ward Central Elementary and as a classroom teacher at Middle School North in Cabot, Glover has demonstrated a consistent commitment to student achievement, instructional excellence, and data-driven improvement. She has chaired the Cabot School Districtโ€™s Guiding Coalition Assessment and Data Subcommittee and led initiatives to align assessments with Arkansas Academic Standards.

In addition to her leadership roles, Glover has served on multiple statewide education committees and reviews, including the ACT Aspire Literacy Standards Alignment Committee, the Arkansas Reading Initiative for Student Excellence, and the English Language Arts Blueprint Item Review Committee. She is also a certified RISE (Reading Initiative for Student Excellence) trainer.
