Required Documents:
Please gather the required documents listed below in order to register online for kindergarten at Lake Hamilton. For those unable to upload the documents when registering, documents may be brought to the primary school office or emailed to jill.burton@lhwolves.net
- Proof of Residency in the Lake Hamilton School District (Current Utility Bill (Entergy or Water Bill) with Service Location Address in Parent/Guardian(s) name or a note from an account holder's name stating the student(s) and his/her guardian live at the said address)
- Child's Official Birth Certificate (or hospital proof of birth)
- Child's Current Immunization Record
- Child's Social Security Number (for those that do not have a social security number, email jill.burton@lhwolves.net and she will provide a school ID number for your child)
Please note, students will not be considered registered or assigned a teacher until all required documentation is submitted to the school.
Current Lake Hamilton Pre-K students do not need to complete online registration. Lake Hamilton Pre-K teachers have shared information with each student on kindergarten registration. If you have a current child at the Lake Hamilton Pre-K and have not received this information, please contact your child's teacher.
For those unable to register online, in-person kindergarten registration is available at the primary school. Please call 501-767-9351 to make a kindergarten registration appointment.
Kindergarten Physical
A kindergarten physical must be provided to the school nurse no later than 30 days after the first day of school. If you are unable to do this within that time frame, you must let the school nurse know the date of your child's appointment, with a copy of the physical being given to the nurse on the following day.
Kindergarten Screening
Kindergarten screening will be held during the month of July. More information will be shared once you have registered for kindergarten.
