Lake Hamilton Staff Classifieds is a free service provided to employees of the Lake Hamilton School District. The classifieds were created as a way for LHSD employees to sell "garage sale" type items to others within the district. The classifieds were not created to promote employee business or business endeavors. Classified posts will not be approved for business-type postings or solicitations. LHSD reserves the right to remove your ad at any time for any reason. Please be mindful that final approval of a classified ad is discretionary and that the Lake Hamilton Staff Classified is a voluntary service provided by Lake Hamilton and is neither an employee benefit nor a right. You are solely responsible for the content of your listing.

Classified posts are limited to once per week, per employee.  If there are multiple items you'd like to sell, please list all items, pictures, and prices in one posting. 

By posting a listing in the Lake Hamilton Staff Classifieds, you agree that you will not post any material that is libelous, defamatory, or unlawful, or that violates or infringes any trademark, copyright, or similar rights of others.

1. Listings for classifieds should be limited to valid items for which the employee wishes to buy, sell, or trade.

2. Employees are responsible for making sure items are genuine before listing them on the Lake Hamilton Staff Classifieds.

3. All listings are subject to final evaluation and approval by Lake Hamilton Staff Classified Management.

4. Listings should include employee name/school group name, description, price, email address, location, phone number, and/or any other pertinent information.

5. Classified posts are limited to once per week, per employee.  If there are multiple items you'd like to sell, please list all items, pictures, and prices in one posting. 

6. Classified posts advertising business services and/or outside organizations will not be approved.

Eligibility for Membership. Lake Hamilton Staff Classifieds are available only to individuals who work in the Lake Hamilton School District. Items may not be listed for individuals who are not employed by the Lake Hamilton School District.

Lake Hamilton Staff Classifieds acts as the venue for employees to conduct listings. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. As a result, we have no control over the quality of the items or services advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employees or sellers to provide services or sell items, or the ability of buyers to buy items. We cannot and do not control whether or not sellers will complete the sale of items they offer or buyers will complete the purchase of items.

Because we do not and cannot be involved in user-to-user dealings, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more employees, you release Lake Hamilton School District (and our agents and employees) from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

We cannot control the information provided by employees which is made available through our system. By its very nature, other people's information may be inaccurate, and in some cases will be mislabeled or deceptively labeled. We expect that you will use caution -- and common sense -- when using this site.

Below is a list of items that are inappropriate for Lake Hamilton Staff Classifieds:

• Firearms or Weapons

• Counterfeit or stolen items

• Personals or Personal ads

• Solicitation of outside businesses, services, or non-employees of the LHSD.
