CHILD NUTRITION

The Lake Hamilton School District is excited to announce that all enrolled students will receive breakfast and lunch at no charge beginning with the 2026–2027 school year.

Through participation in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP), a federal program administered by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Lake Hamilton has qualified to provide free meals to every student regardless of household income. This means that every Lake Hamilton student will have access to a nutritious breakfast and lunch each school day at no cost to their family.

The district believes that providing free meals to all students will help remove barriers to learning, support student wellness, and ensure that every child has access to healthy meals throughout the school day.
