The Lake Hamilton School District welcomes all new students and families! Below is important information regarding registration throughout the year.

📍 When & Where to Register

During the School Year (August–May):
New students should register at the main office of their assigned school. Families may print and complete the required forms in advance or fill them out upon arrival.

Summer Registration (June–July):
New student registration will take place at the Lake Hamilton High School Registrar’s Office:

🕘 Summer Registration Hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM

• Friday: 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM

Spring Registration (for the upcoming school year):
New students may also register at the Lake Hamilton Administration Office:

📄 Required Documents

The following items must be provided at the time of registration:

• Proof of Birth

• Current Immunization Record

• Student’s Social Security Number (or one will be assigned by the school)

• Proof of Residency within Lake Hamilton School District

  • (Current Entergy or water bill with service address) OR

    Proof of Approved School Choice Transfer

⚠️ Students cannot be registered without these required documents.
Please note: Telephone bills, insurance documents, and similar items will not be accepted as proof of residency.
