Dear Parents and Guardians,
It’s hard to believe we’re wrapping up the month of April. The final weeks of the school year are upon us, and our middle school is buzzing with excitement, learning, and a strong sense of accomplishment. I want to thank you for your continued support and partnership throughout this year—it has truly made a difference.
Wrapping Up the Year
Students are completing the final units in their classes, preparing for state testing, and reflecting on all they’ve learned. We’re proud of their growth—not only academically, but also in their confidence, friendships, and independence.
ATLAS Testing
Please mark your calendars for our upcoming state ATLAS testing. Tuesday, April 29th is our first day of testing! We have been hard at work the last few weeks engaging students in our ATLAS Bootcamp test prep. Each day during Wolf Time, our students have been participating in targeted lessons and activities to help prepare them for ATLAS.
Parents, we ask that you help us by making sure that your student is present, well-rested, and has their charged Chromebook each day of testing. As a reminder, students are taking one test each day and have until the end of the day to complete that test. Here are our testing dates:
6th Grade:
4/29 Science
4/30 Writing
5/6 Reading
5/7 Math
7th Grade:
4/29 Science
4/30 Writing
5/6 Math
5/7 Reading
In order to motivate our students to come prepared and work hard on the ATLAS test, we’re offering an exciting incentive! Students who meet the following criteria will have the opportunity for their name to be drawn to customize their own Nike shoes — a fun and unique reward for their effort and achievement!
Here is the criteria to earn a ticket for the drawing:
Show up: be present the day of testing
Power up: bring a fully charged Chromebook
Lock In: actively participate in being an awesome tester-work hard and do your very best
Other Upcoming Dates

As always, feel free to reach out with any questions or suggestions. Let’s finish this year strong! I’m proud of our students, thankful for our teachers, and so grateful for your partnership every step of the way.
