FUTURE ENGINEER CLASS CHATS PROGRAM Mr. Launius's computer science students were recently visited (virtually) by engineers and computer programmers from Amazon through Amazon's Future Engineer Class Chats program. Two of these engineers are from outside the United States and brought new cultural insights along with their engineering expertise. Students were able to interview their guest speakers once they finished the presentation to find out more about a typical day working at Amazon, the engineer's connections with Jeffrey Bezos, and how the leadership principles of the company shape work. This experience opened students' eyes to the career opportunities that are connected to computer science and software/hardware engineering. #LHWolfNation
