9/11 REMEMBRANCE PARADE
All of Lake Hamilton School District gathered together to remember 9/11 and honor the selfless heroes of that day and today. Thank you!

Students in Mrs. Bailey’s science classes recently participated in a human body systems scavenger hunt. Students worked together to search around the room for “fact cards” that contained information about the human body. They recorded their facts on a corresponding worksheet.
ROADS CLOSED DURING PARADE
The 9.11.01 Remembrance Parade begins at 1:30 p.m. today. Sections of Oakbrook, Adam Brown, and Wolf Street will be blocked off during the parade. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we honor and remember 9.11.01. #LHWolfNation

LEARNING GEOMETRY CAN BE FUN
Students in Mrs. Ferrell's math classes created geometric figures from tooth picks and gummies. Then they discussed the attributes of those figures.

COVID-19 VACCINE OPPORTUNITY
Are you attending the big game on Friday? Have you been trying to find a time and place to receive the COVID-19 vaccine? Lake Hamilton and Lakeside have teamed up to provide a convenient vaccination opportunity for you!
The Arkansas Department of Health / Garland County Health Unit will be onsite Friday night offering COVID-19 vaccines during the game.
Arkansans ages 12 or older are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. There is no out-of-pocket expense for the vaccine. For those that do not have insurance, the vaccine will be available at no charge.

This year marks the 20th anniversary of 9.11.01. The Lake Hamilton School District will remember and honor the 20th anniversary with a Remembrance Parade through campus on Friday, September 10, at 1:30 p.m.
