Dear Parents and Guardians,
We hope everyone is enjoying the beginning of summer break. While school may be out, we still have several important updates and reminders for our students and families.
Concurrent Credit Enrollment Updates
For any student still interested in enrolling in concurrent credit courses for next school year, we still have seats available in the following classes:
Advanced Algebra II (College Algebra)/Trig — 21 seats available
Comp I/Comp II — 19 seats available
Concurrent Biology — 5 seats available
These seats will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.
If your student receives a qualifying ACT or Accuplacer score, please either scan the score report or take a picture of it and email it to me directly at Clint.jones@lhwolves.net.
Please do not bring scores to the school office. Since enrollment is first come, first serve, we will use the timestamp on the email to determine the order in which scores are received.
In your email, please include:
Student name
The class your student is enrolling in
This will help us maintain an accurate seat count. I will continue sending updates throughout June and will notify parents once classes become full.
Immunization Reminder
Summer is also a great time to update your student’s shot records if they are needing immunizations before next school year. If you need assistance or a location to update immunization records, you may contact the Garland County Health Department to schedule an appointment.
Final Report Cards
For all students finishing their 10th or 11th grade year, final report cards will be sent home through ParentSquare toward the end of the week. Please be watching for that notification to review your student’s academic progress.
Football Program Senior Ads
Any upcoming senior parent interested in recognizing their student in the upcoming football program may purchase a senior ad. Additional details, pricing information, and submission instructions are included HERE.
Summer Office Hours
With summertime here, our office operates on adjusted summer hours:
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
