Dear Parents and Guardians,
We hope you’re enjoying a restful and safe summer! As we begin preparing for the upcoming school year, we wanted to share some important reminders for families of students entering grades 10 through 12.
Shot Records:
If your student is due for any required immunizations, now is the time to schedule those appointments. Updated shot records must be submitted before the start of school. Students who are not up-to-date may experience delays in attending class. If you have made an appointment and it is after school starts your child will be fine as long as he/she does not miss the appointment.
Open House – August 7th:
Lake Hamilton High School will host an Open House on Wednesday, August 7th from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. No appointment is necessary—just drop in at your convenience to pick up schedules, tour the building, and meet your child’s teachers. No schedule changes are taken the night of Open House.
Concurrent Credit Courses:
If your student is planning to take concurrent credit courses this year, please ensure they are taking the necessary steps to meet eligibility requirements. Any student who still needs to submit qualifying test scores must do so during the first week of school in order to remain enrolled in the course.
