Dear Parents and Guardians,

As we approach the final weeks of the school year, we want to share some important dates and reminders to help your student finish strong.  It’s been a great year with your student.  We are excited to see what he/she becomes if he/she is graduating and look forward to our juniors and sophomores returning in August.  Please remember that we are open in June and July but on a limited personnel basis so if you are in need of something there could be delays.

Students enrolled in AP courses will take their exams on the following dates:

  • May 5 – AP Biology (7:30 AM, Wolf Den)

  • May 6 – AP Chemistry (7:30 AM, Ag Barn)

  • May 7 – AP Literature (7:30 AM, Ag Barn)

  • May 8 – AP U.S. History (11:30 AM, Ag Barn)

  • May 9 – AP Language (7:30 AM, NPC) and AP Psychology (11:30 AM, NPC)

  • May 12 – AP Calculus (7:30 AM, NPC)

  • May 13 – AP Spanish – Moved to late testing

  • May 14 – AP Environmental Science (7:30 AM, AG Barn)

  • May 15 – AP Computer Science (7:30 AM, NPC)

  • May 16 – AP World History (11:30 AM, Wolf Den)

  • May 23 – AP Art & Design digital portfolio deadline (9:00 PM ET)

Please ensure your student arrives early on their test days and is well-rested and prepared.  Attached is the AP Testing flier with more details about testing.  Please remember that in order for a student to receive weighted credit he/she must take the AP exam.  Any student who arrives after the start time is not allowed to take the exam.

  • Seniors will take semester exams May 1st (odd periods) and May 2nd (even periods).

  • Juniors and Sophomores will take semester exams May 19th (odd periods) and May 20th (even periods).

In order to be exempt from testing a student must have an A in a class with no more than 6 unexcused absences or a B in a class with no more than 4 unexcused absences.

We invite families of juniors to join us for the Junior Class Ring Ceremony, which will be held in the arena on May 21st at 1:00 PM.

We will begin collecting school-issued technology in the coming weeks.

  • Seniors must return all devices in order to participate in commencement.  Attached is the schedule for seniors to return their device depending on testing needs and exemptions.

  • Juniors and Sophomores will not be issued devices for the 2025–2026 school year if their current devices are not returned.  This schedule is still being developed and will be released soon.

Summer school will be held June 4th–26th, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM each weekday. During this time, students can recover up to ½ credit. This is a valuable opportunity for students who need to stay on track for graduation or meet promotion requirements.

Thank you for your continued support as we close out another successful school year. Please do not hesitate to contact the school with any questions.
