MEASURING INSECTS
Kindergarten students in Ms. Jordan's class are using nonstandard units of measurement to measure insects around the room. Students hunted for insects and measured them using linking cubes.

High School student, Lillian Halter, visits Mrs. Kight's first-grade class for observations as a part of her Foundations of Teaching class. She reads books to the class and is great at engaging the students. She is going to be a wonderful teacher!

First graders are working on their portfolios in Ms. Stallman's art class They will put all of their artwork from the whole year in the next week and take it all home. It's hard to believe we're almost through the school year!

LAUNCHPAD COMPLETE
Mrs. Kirby and Mrs. Jessie's PreK Class completed their Launchpad curriculum. Launchpad is an introduction to the world of literacy and reading through an interactive program. The skills that are taught will lay the foundation for reading all through elementary school.
