In coordination with the Arkansas Department of Health, the Lake Hamilton School District will host flu vaccination clinics for Lake Hamilton students and staff only on Wednesday, October 21, and Thursday, October 22, 2026.
Families who would like their student to receive a flu vaccination should carefully review the schedule and requirements below. FluMist will NOT be available at these clinics.
Wednesday, October 21
Schools: Primary, Elementary, Junior High and High School
Grades:
Pre-K, Kindergarten, 1st–3rd and 8th–12th
Time:
9:00–11:00 a.m.
Location:
Lake Hamilton Wolf Arena Lobby
Thursday, October 22
Schools: Middle School, Intermediate School, ALE and Primary
Grades:
Pre-K, Primary, 4th–5th and 6th–7th
Time:
9:00–11:00 a.m.
Location:
Lake Hamilton Intermediate School Gym
Please note: If all vaccinations are completed before 11:00 a.m., the clinic will close early.
Important Information for Pre-K & Primary Families
A parent or guardian of a Pre-K or Primary student must accompany their child to the Lake Hamilton Wolf Arena for the flu vaccination.
Pre-K and Primary families should keep their completed forms and bring them with them to the clinic. Do not return the forms to the Primary School.
Forms Required for All Other Students
For students at the Elementary, Intermediate, Middle, Junior High, and High Schools, all required forms must be completed and signed for the student to receive a vaccination.
Completed forms should be returned to the student's school by the day of the flu clinic. Students without ALL required completed forms will not be allowed to participate.
Families will need to complete the appropriate 2026 Arkansas Department of Health Flu Forms Packet along with the required FERPA form.
Community Flu Clinic Available October 30
Families unable to participate in the school clinic may also take advantage of an Arkansas Department of Health community-wide mass drive-thru flu clinic on Friday, October 30, 2026, at the Garland County Library, 1427 Malvern Avenue.
We appreciate the Arkansas Department of Health for partnering with Lake Hamilton to provide this opportunity for our students and staff. Families with participating students are encouraged to complete the necessary paperwork in advance to help the clinics run as smoothly as possible.
