Lake Hamilton families are reminded that the deadline to complete all required immunizations, immunization exemptions, and kindergarten physicals is Wednesday, September 23, 2026.
Lake Hamilton school nurses have been contacting families whose students still need to complete one or more of these requirements. If you have not yet spoken with your child's school nurse and believe your child may still have an outstanding requirement, please reach out as soon as possible.
What Families Need to Do
If your child still needs a required immunization or kindergarten physical, please contact your physician to schedule an appointment.
If the requirement cannot be completed by September 23, families may provide their school nurse with an upcoming appointment date or proof of an exemption application so their child may remain in school while the requirement is being completed.

We understand that transportation can sometimes make completing these requirements difficult. If transportation is preventing your family from attending an appointment or completing a requirement, please let your child's school nurse know. We may be able to help.
