On February 12, 2013, Lake Hamilton School District Voters approved a 3.9 mill increase to the district millage in order to meet the facility needs of our growing school district. The positive vote will enable the district to replace some older facilities, expand existing facilities and provide new and improved academic, music, art, agricultural, athletic and multipurpose facilities for our students. During the campaign, we pledged to our public that we would make the very best use of their millage dollars as we plan, build and maintain these new buildings.

In an effort to keep our public posted on the progress, changes and challenges faced during this construction process over the next three or more years, we will use this section of our webpage to communicate as we move forward on these projects. Your Millage Dollars At Work will be updated throughout the process and we will use this as a communications tool to try to answer questions we might receive through phone calls, personal contacts, email and Facebook about the construction process.
